Customer onboarding

This application manages the customer onboarding process. Process includes collecting data and documents from Form Stack, updating it in Dataverse tables. Create BPF for application users for guided onboarding process and manages the tasks and timelines. It also syncs the onboarding data from customer’s legacy web application using REST API.

This Application streamlines the Client Onboarding Process of an organization by leveraging the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365. It provides a seamless onboarding experience for both the client and internal stakeholders.
The primary objective of the project is to automate and simplify the client onboarding process. This includes capturing client information, managing documents, assigning tasks to relevant stakeholders, sending questionnaires to clients, and tracking the progress of each onboarding case. It also involves integration with a third-party custom CR App. The application ensures that client data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible by authorized personnel.
When a client signs an agreement and completes payments for the licensing project, the salesperson/Operations Manager creates a case and assigns an Onboarding Specialist to the client. The Onboarding Specialist sends the Company questionnaire and Officer questionnaire to the client via Formstack forms from the application. The client fills out the questionnaire, uploads the required documents, and submits the questionnaire. All the data is stored in the Dataverse, and the documents are stored in the SharePoint Document Library using the Custom Connect of Formstack forms and Power Automate flow.
Each onboarding process is associated with a specific account. When the questionnaire submission is reviewed, the Onboarding Specialist associates the case with the account, sends data from CRM to the Custom CR App, and introduces the client to an initial licensing expert.
