Sales Application

We customized Sales Application as per customer sales process. We started from importing the data from Salesforce to Dynamics and created the BPF for Opportunities for customer for major opportunity type processing. On successful opportunity closure, it kickoff the case for Onboarding of customer which is managed in another application.

Technologies and Standards

The scope of this application is to migrate Sales Process from Sales Force to Dynamic 365 Sales module. The data from Sales force (Account, Contact etc.) was imported to Dynamic 365 using Automate Flow and mapped/stored in Dynamic 365. Also, data is processed/cleaned to match the features and behavior of the Dynamic Sales application.
A new Sales application (Custom Model driven app) is created to meet the customer sales process requirements as they have part of sales process (Leads) is managed from their custom application build and hosted outside Dynamics. This includes customizing existing Form, Views as well as creating new entities and defining workflows.
We have created a Business Process Flow for opportunities to manage the unique experience of each opportunity type, such as agents, bonds, insurance, and licensing. Each of these types has its own flow and input field requirements. We have customized the Business Process Flow to include all the necessary steps from opportunity to closing the case. The flow will operate based on the selected categories: agents, bonds, insurance, and licensing.
The Interactive Dashboard has been designed to provide insights on operational data for application users and managers, for different states of opportunities. On-Demand Workflows have been created to update multiple opportunities as “won” or “lost” based on the state or data of the opportunities. Additionally, other workflows have been created for Tasks, Contacts, etc., as per their specific requirements.
We utilized manual solution export and import to deploy changes from the Sandbox environment to Production. All deployments were done using managed solutions only
