Challenges before Automation

The requested homeowners unable to get updates timely.
Communication around the decisions was not efficient for team members.
Decisions related to constructions were unnecessarily time consuming for staff.
Follow up steps were not monitored in a sustainable way.

Solution

We have created a series of workflows to automate management activities so staff time can be used more efficiently
Optimized processes that helps team in assigning tasks and keeping staff as well as homeowners updated.
Denied emails now receive with reason to respective Homeowner. And organization team members also get updates via mails during intervals of task assessment process.
The project is developed and deployed using Microsoft Office tools like Excel for Business, Microsoft Forms, Planner and Power Automate.
