IT Support Engineer

Join us as IT Support Engineer where you will learn from highly motivated and experienced team members. You will be responsible for jointly owning and implementing key objectives and delivering high levels of technical solutions. You will get a golden opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on the high-quality projects from different geographies. The ideal candidate for this position will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

The Skills you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area
Experience Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory) and 1 to 2 Years (Preferred).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional ability to multitask, adapt and learn new platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control – these might be resource or time constraints, the difficulty of the task or having insufficient knowledge required to complete the task, or unforeseen changes or problems.

Good to have skills

Good to have – Experience using and proficient in Intel and Apple hardware, Windows, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), Office365.
Familiarity with Zoho tools like Assist, Desk or Zendesk or Remote Support Software.
Previous customer/technical support or technology experience.
Work from Office (Mohali) – Shift timings 6pm – 3am IST and on call in after hours in case of emergency.
