Join us as IT Support Lead Engineer where you will learn from highly motivated and experienced team members. You will be responsible for jointly owning and implementing key objectives and delivering high levels of technical solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

The Skills you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with US clients is preferable.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and cloud services.
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices in incident and problem management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the IT support team.
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
Liaise with vendors and manage service delivery.
Create and maintain IT documentation.
Implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant.
Conduct training for end-users and the IT support team.
Shift timings: 6:00pm-3:00am
