The project’s objective is to create a system for defining a timeline whenever a new incident occurs. This system involves sending a detailed email to customers that outlines the timeline of the incident through a chart included in the email.
Whenever a new incident occurs, the system will automatically generate a timeline based on the data provided. This timeline will include information such as the date and time the incident occurred, as well as any relevant actions taken to resolve the issue.

Power Automate, SharePoint list, OutLook, HTML, CSS
Once the timeline has been generated, the system will automatically send an email to the customers, containing the detailed chart outlining the timeline. This email will also include any other relevant information regarding the incident and its resolution.
The use of the chart helps to make the timeline easier to understand and follow, providing customers with a clear view of the incident and its progress towards resolution. The automated nature of the system saves time and ensures that customers are kept informed promptly and accurately.
